    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb head of cauliflower
    • 1/2 lb red grapes, halved
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 tsp rosemary
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Toss cauliflower, grapes, garlic, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Pour into roasting pan.
    3. Roast for 30 mínutes.
    4. Serve warm.
