Cauliflower and Grapes

- 2 lb head of cauliflower
- 1/2 lb red grapes, halved
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss cauliflower, grapes, garlic, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Pour into roasting pan.
- Roast for 30 m�nutes.
- Serve warm.
