    Wine Cake

    Recipe Introduction


    My Mother-in-Laws recipe and makes a good coffee cake.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Yellow Cake Mix
    • 1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding
    • 4 Eggs
    • 3/4 cup Oil
    • 3/4 cup Wine, any good white wine
    • 1 tsp Nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients, mix 5 minutes.

    2. Pour into greased Angel Food Cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes and turn into rack. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
