    Fruit Cobbler

    My husband's grandmother made this with peaches, apricots or berries and it is really delicious.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Flour
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 stick Butter
    • 2 cups Fruit, sweetened to your taste


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in baking dish in the oven. 9X13 works great.
    2. Combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Milk and pour over melted butter, do not mix with butter.
    3. Spoon HOT fruit and juice over batter. DO NOT STIR into batter.
    4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar during last 10 miutes of baking.


    Final Comments


    I like a lot of juice and usually make it with more fruit than it calls for.
