Bean Salad
My mother-in-laws recipe and makes a lot of salad. The Tarragon vinegar is what makes this special so don't leave it out.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 2 cans yellow wax beans, drained
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and rinse beans, add onions.
- Mix garlic, sugar, salt, vinegars, pepper and oil together in a small bowl.
- Pour over bean mixture, and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
