    Bean Salad

    My mother-in-laws recipe and makes a lot of salad. The Tarragon vinegar is what makes this special so don't leave it out.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans green beans, drained
    • 2 cans yellow wax beans, drained
    • 2 cans kidney beans, drained
    • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup Tarragon vinegar
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Drain and rinse beans, add onions.
    2. Mix garlic, sugar, salt, vinegars, pepper and oil together in a small bowl.

    3. Pour over bean mixture, and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
