    List of Ingredients




    2 boxes chopped spinch
    1 8 oz cream cheese
    1 pack of Jimmy Dean sausage(mild or hot)
    1 Large onion
    3 Tbls. Worstershire Sauce
    1 1/2 Tsp season salt
    2 cups of sliced mushrooms (any will do)

    Recipe



    Brown sauage, and drain grease.
    Return sausage back to pan.
    Add chopped onion
    Add mushrooms(wipe mushrooms with damp cloth) don't wash mushrooms or it will make them tough)
    Drain spinach from any access water it may have.(You can use paper towels or cheese cloth)
    Add spinch mixing well to combine all ingrediants
    Add season salt, and worstershire sauce
    Cook over medium heat until cheese has melted and all ingrediants are mixed WELL.
    Serve with Tortilla chips or you can wrap into a flour tortilla! Very yummy!

    Makes a very good appitizer for any occasion!
