1 can non-fat refried beans
1/2 c. picante sauce
3/4 c. fat-free cheddar cheese
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
3 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped
1//2 c. green onion, sliced
Recipe
Stir together the beans and picante sauce. Spread evenly in a serving dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese over beans. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic powder. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle with tomatoes, onions, green onions and remaining cheese. Chill for 4 hours.
Serve with Baked Tortilla Chips.
