Classic eggnog recipe.
List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beat yolks and whites separately
- 1/2 cup sugar, add to yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar added to whites, beaten very stiff
- mix whites with yolks, stir in 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 pint half and half,
- 1 pint whiskey,
- 1 ounce Jamaican rum,
Instructions
- Stir thoroughly and serve very cold.
Final Comments
Makes 5 pints.
