It's been a family staple ever since. List of Ingredients 2 cups flour 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs 2 cups buttermilk 1/4 cup melted margerine Instructions Stir dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to just moisten the dry ingredients. Mixture will be thick and lumpy. Drop with 1/4 measuring cup onto lightly greased hot griddle. Spread batter with spoon. When bubbles are visible on surface of the cooking pancakes, turn to cook the other side. Pancakes will rise up slightly, if you observe carefully, when cooked through.
