Fudge Ribbon Cake

- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1 eight-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare cake mix as package directs.
- Pour batter into well greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, margerine and cornstarch until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour mixture evenly over cake batter.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly.
