List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 1/2 cups canned plum tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups wine
- 1 bay leaf
- salt, pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds of firm white fish
- 1 pound shrimp or crab
- 1 pound clams
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large kettle; add onion, green onion, mushrooms, chopped green pepper, minced garlic and parsley. Simmer, stirring together for five minutes.
- Add canned plum tomatoes tomato paste, wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
- Add fish and shrimp and crab. Cook covered, without stirring for 15 minutes.
- Add clams and cook for another five minutes.
- Serve in bowls with wine and hot garlic bread.
