Crab Cakes
From TRINITY'S TABLE, Trinity Cathederal, Easton, Maryland.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- oil for cooking
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and form into 6 patties. Fry in a small aount of cooking oil until golden brown.
