Fruit Leather

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups puree, berries, apricots, peaches or plums
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- sugar or honey to taste
Instructions
- To make fruit leather, process fruit in a blender of food processor to make 1 1/4 cups puree.
- Add lemon juice and sugar or honey to taste; blend puree again.
- Pour the mixture into a 15 X 10 inch jellyroll pan lined with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Tilt pan to distribute mixture into an even layer. Turn oven on to lowest setting; place pan in oven, leaving the door cracked slightly open with handle of a wooden spoon.
- Leather should be dry in four to five hours. When properly dried, it will be sticky to touch, but peel easily away from paper or wrap. Store rolled in plastic wrap.
