List of Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup, dark
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups pecans
- 2 cups Dale and Thomas Kettle Corn
- 1 cup cherries, dried
- 8 oz dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine sugars, syrup, butter and 1 cup evaporated milk in sauce pot and bring to boil.
- Add remaining evaporated milk slowly, stirring constantly and continue to boil.
- Cook until candy thermometer reaches 255 degrees.
- Add vanilla, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Gently fold in popcorn to coat.
- Gently fold in popcorn to coat.
- Drop mixture by the spoonful onto sheet pan to form small clusters and allow to cool.
- Melt chocolate over double boiler.
- Drizzle chocolate over cooled clusters and cool. Enjoy!
