Apple Cake

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled, diced apples
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Beat eggs well and add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add apples. Stir dry ingredients and nuts together, then add to mixture.
- Bake in a well-greased bundt pan at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. Cool in pan for at least 30 minutes.
