    List of Ingredients


    • 1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 box Escort crackers, crushed
    • 1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    • 3 pats butter


    Instructions


    1. Cut up 1/2 of butter in bottom of oblong casserole dish.
    2. Top with 1/2 of crackers, layer of check and then sprinkle the water chestnuts last.
    3. Mix together sour cream and soups and pour over chicken mxiture. Top with rest of cracker crumbs. Dot with butter.
    4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
