List of Ingredients
3 loaves party rye or pumpernickel bread
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. italian hot sausage ( remove meat from casing & crumble)
2 lb. velveta cheese, cubed
2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Crumble and brown the two meats until cooked through. Pour off all the grease. Add the velveeta and oregano and stir until melted. Spread the warm meat mixture onto the party bread. Top with shredded mozzarella. You can freeze at this point and heat later) or Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot!
