This is a family favorite. A great pool party appetizer. Also a favorite New Years Eve Party appetizer as well.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. medium shrimp
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups Bisquick
1 egg
1 1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded coconut
canola oil for fryingRecipe
Clean and butterfly shrimp. Marinate shrimp in lemon juice for at least 1 hr. Mix together bisquick, egg and milk. Dip shrimp into the batter then into the coconut. Fry in oil until golden brown.
