A nice appetizer for any occasion.
List of Ingredients
10 oz. package of fresh white mushrooms
1 stick butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 package of beef broth granulesRecipe
Remove the mushroom stems and chop into small pieces. Scrape out the insides of the mushroom caps. Heat butter in pan and add the mushroom pieces, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs and beef broth granules. Saute for 5 minutes. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture. Place filled caps on cookie sheet or in baking dish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
