    This recipe was handed down to me by the daughter in law of my best friend. A very nice soft, velvety, moist cake. Also nice served with a little lemon curd.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup oil
    1 3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 cups flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 cup sour milk (1/2 cup milk & 1/2 tsp. lemon juice)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 cups finely diced zucchini (Not shredded & Do Not Peel)
    chocolate chips (enough to sprinkle on top)

    Recipe



    Cream butter & brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat with mixer. Mix dry ingredients. Add to the creamed sugar & butter mixture. Beat well. Stir in the zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes. Enjoy!
