Stuffed Cabbage

This is a good dish for buffets, picnics or as a take along dish.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
1 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cut parsley
3/4 cup chopped celery

Mix together meat, rice, onion, and egg. Make sauce with the remaining ingredients, except the cabbage leaves and cook 10 minutes. Boil the cabbage leaves till tender. Put 2 Tablespoons of meat mixture in each leaf and roll up. Secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish and pour sauce over rolls. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
