Turkey Stuffing

Recipe Introduction
This recipe makes alot of stuffing. You can easily halve it if you wish. This is the stuffing I make to accompany my Holiday Turkeys.
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 stick unsalted butter
2 onions, chopped
6 celery stalks, chopped
approximately 32 ozs. of cubed cornbread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juiceRecipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large pot, heat the oil and butter. Saute the onions and celery till tender. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. If you want a more moist stuffing you may add additional chicken broth if desired. Grease a large shallow roasting pan and turn stuffing into it. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the stuffing is golden ( about 10 mins. more).
