Easy to make. A melt in your mouth cookie!


List of Ingredients




1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Recipe



Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla. Work in the flour, salt and nuts until the dough holds together. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. While warm, roll in the confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll again in the confectioners sugar.
