Simple and tasty! A nice after school snack. I like to bake these on a snowy day and serve with a cup of hot cocoa after snow shoveling!


List of Ingredients




1 lb. butter melted
4 cups confectioners sugar
4 cups flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda

Recipe



Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill; roll into balls and place on cookie sheets. Flatten slightly. Cookies may be topped with colored sugar before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven till lightly browned. (approximately 8 to 20 minutes)
