    Our Christmas desserts would not be complete without a platter of struffoli. I especially love this dessert with a cup of freshly brewed Demitasse with a little shot of annisette. Cheers!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 stick butter
    Oil for frying
    Honey 8 oz.
    colored cake beads

    Recipe



    Mix all of the above ingredients together. Remove small amount of dough and form into a tiny ball. Fry in oil till golden brown. Drain well. Heat 8 oz. honey till warmed. Place cooked struffoli in warmed honey, covering all the balls. Mound honey covered struffoli in pyramid shape onto serving platter and sprinkle with colored cake beads.
