Teriyaki Chicken

Recipe Introduction
A great recipe any time of year. You can use split breasts, thighs or legs. I like to serve this over a bed of steamed brown rice.
List of Ingredients
6 to 8 chicken pieces, uncooked ( your choice) May be frozen or thawed,
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
Note: You can substitute any teriyaki sauce for the soy sauce and brown sugar if you wish. I also remove all the skin from my chicken pieces.Recipe
Add the sesame oil to the bottom of your crock pot. Next add your chicken pieces. In a small bowl wisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sugar and chicken broth. Pour this over your chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 6hrs.
