Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Recipe Introduction
This is one of those appetizers I like to serve to my guests on a cold winter evening get together. I would also heat up a bottle of the Brotherhood, Holiday Wine to serve along with it.
List of Ingredients
1/2 of a 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
2 cans of artichoke hearts ( 13 oz. each) drained and mashed
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups of parmesean cheeseRecipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Make sure your spinach is well drained. Squeeze out all excess water. Mix all of the ingredients together. Grease a casserole dish. Add the artichoke, spinach mixture to the greased casserole dish. Place in oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
