Great Dip any time of year.
List of Ingredients
1 pint sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 envelope of taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup green olives
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
8 oz. package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded iceberg lettuceRecipe
Mix together in food processor or mixer, the sour cream cream cheese and taco seasoning mix. Pour this mixture into a glass pie plate. Top with the green olives, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and scallions. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar all over the top to cover. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Serve with Nachos or tostitos.
