    Quiche is great for any meal. When entertaining guests later in the evening, I would also serve this dish along with a bottle of wine.

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    1 pt. light cream
    1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup ham, diced
    1/3 cup butter
    1/2 cup swiss cheese, diced
    7 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    2 prepared pastry pie shells, unbaked

    Recipe



    Whip eggs and combine with cream, grated cheese and seasoning. Saute onions and ham in butter. Remove and set aside. To the onion, ham mixture add your crumbled bacon and diced cheese and mix well. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom of each pastry shell. Pour egg mixture over each. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 mins.
