Maple Glazed Apples

I love serving this as a side dish to my pork & poultry dishes. Also great as a topping on pancakes or waffles.
List of Ingredients
4 -5 apples. peeled, cored and sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or butter substitute
2 Tbsp. of brown sugar or sugar substitute
3 Tbsp. maple syrupRecipe
Melt butter or butter substitute in saute pan. Add sliced apples and brown sugar or sugar substitute. Cook till almost tender ( not soft). Add the maple syrup, and stir. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove apples from saute pan and serve warm. Enjoy!
