BBQ Baby Back Ribs

List of Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 cloves minced garlic
2 cups Ketchup
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Chicken stock

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter. Add the onions & garlic and saute for just a few moments. Add the Ketchup, wine, brown sugar, mustard, and lemon juice. Simmer uncovered for about an hour, stirring often. Add just enough chicken stock to give you the consistency of sauce you desire.( As thick or thin to your preference)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the ribs in a large roasting pan. Pour the sauce over the ribs. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes or so. I like to finish the ribs on the grill, basting with any of the sauce that is left.
