    This is a recipe passed down from my grandmother, to my father and then onto us. I have now passed it on to my children and hope they will pass it on to theirs.

    List of Ingredients




    1lb. of ground beef
    1 lb. of ground pork
    1 lb. of ground veal
    *Note: May use Meatloaf mix available in your local supermarkets.
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup grated romano peccorino cheese
    1/4 cup parsley
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    More bread crumbs for coating
    Pasta Sauce

    Recipe



    Mix all of the above ingredients together. Form into individual meatballs and roll in bread crumbs. Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan and fry meatballs. Place fried meatballs in sauce and let simmer.

    Note: meatballs may also be placed in oven and baked if you prefer.
