Three Cheese Lasagna Rolls

Recipe Introduction
I like to serve this as a buffet dish. I have also served my lasagna rolls as a light supper dish with a nice garden salad and slices of freshly baked garlic bread.
List of Ingredients
1 box of Lasagna Noodles
2 lbs. of Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon oregano
approximately 4 cups of spaghetti sauceRecipe
Two hours ahead cook noodles, drain and cool. Mix all of the other ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Spread the cheese mixture on the noodles and roll up. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with sauce. Place lasagna rolls in baking dish and spoon additional sauce over tops of each roll up. Sprinkle with additional romano cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
