    I always make my own home made pizza dough for my pizzas. However, I was out of yeast and had some tubes of biscuit dough so I decided to make my pizza crust using the biscuit dough. It was a pretty good substitue for my home made. Really great in a pinch. You can make a variety of pizzas by experimenting with toppings. If you want something different try a ham & Pineapple pizza or buffalo Chicken pizza. Yum!!!

    List of Ingredients




    2 Tubes of any refrigerated biscuits ( I use a tube of 10 each)
    1lb. Meat: You can use any of the following or a combination of the following:
    ground beef, sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, buffalo chicken,
    Pizza sauce ( I make my own but you can use about 16 oz. of your favorite pasta sauce)
    approximately 1lb. of shredded mozzarella cheese
    Toppings: Onions, mushrooms, peppers

    Cut your biscuits into quarters and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cook your meat toppings, namely the ground beef, buffalo chicken, sausage or meatballs. While your meat is cooking, top your biscuit dough with pizza/pasta sauce. Next layer your cooked meats on top. If topping with pepperoni, just place slices of pepperoni over top of the sauce. Top with any other ingredients such as peppers, onions, mushrooms etc. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the entire top of the pizza and bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
