Recipe Introduction
This is a great finger food recipe. I have used them for appetizers, after school snacks, buffets, luncheons & dinners.
List of Ingredients
3/4 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can of tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 tube of refrigerated biscuits

Brown the ground beef and drain well. Add the tomato paste, onions and seasonings to the drained ground beef and stir in well. Cook over a low heat, stirring frequently. This mixture will thicken. Grease your muffin tins. Place the biscuits in the greased muffin tins pressing them so they cover the bottom and sides of each cup. Place 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into each biscuit lined cup. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on each individual cup. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until browned. Enjoy!
