Baked Chicken Fingers

Recipe Introduction
A family favorite. Great for buffets, picnics, lunch or dinner. Serve with a variety of dipping sauces. I like to serve these with a side of cole slaw and my chow chow.
List of Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into strips about 1 1/2 inches long.
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
grated romano pecorino cheese
3/4 cup melted butter
Dipping sauces:
BBQ sauce
Ranch dressing
Honey Mustard
Blue Cheese dressing
Sweet & Sour Sauce

Combine together 2 cups of the bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of romano pecorino cheese in a shallow dish and set aside. Take the strips of chicken and dip in the melted butter then into the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Place the coated chicken strips on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in 350 degree oven till cooked through and golden brown. (approximately 20-30 minutes)
