    You can make this dish ahead of time and freeze to serve at a later time. I love to serve this dish on a bed or steamed brown rice.

    List of Ingredients




    8 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
    flour
    1 stick butter
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 cup Marsala wine
    1/2 cup chicken broth

    Recipe



    Cover the chicken cutlets with flour. Melt butter in frying pan. Saute chicken till golden brown. Remove chicken and place on platter. Pour the wine into frying pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the broth to the frying pan. Scrape and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve each individual slice with gravy over a bed of rice.
