    Recipe Introduction

Stir fry is a qucik and easy meal that you can put together in very little time. You can serve it over a bed of steamed brown rice or use as a filling in a wrap. Delicious!

    List of Ingredients

1 lb. of boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
    2 cloves of minced garlic
3/4 cup of canola or peanut oil
    2 cups of chopped broccoli
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    1 cup of snap peas
    3/4 cups of chopped celery
chicken seasoning ( any poulty seasoning. I like the Montreal Chicken seasoning)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil

    Recipe

Season your chicken strips with the poultry seasong. Heat a wok or large saute pan over high heat and add your canola or peanut oil. Add your chopped veggies (Not snap peas) and cook just until tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Add another Tablespoon or so of canola or peanut oil to your pan and now saute your snap peas. Saute the snap peas till ender then remove them from pan. Now add your chicken strips to the pan and saute till golden brown, adding more canola or peanut oil if needed. Once the chicken is cooked through, add all of the cooked veggies back into the pan with the chicken. Now add the soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well. If you want a little kick to it you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Remove from pan & Serve. Enjoy!
