List of Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups of fresh lemon juice
1 teasspoon montral chicken seasoning
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup canola
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth
lemon slices
1/2 cup minced parsleyRecipe
Combine the chicken and lemon juice and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from the marinade. Save 2 tablespoons of the marinade and discard the rest. Mix together the flour, paprika and seasoning. Dredge each breast one at a time in the flour mixture, coat evenly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet, fry coated chicken till browned on both sides. Arrange the cooked chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Mix the broth with the reserved marinade and pour this mixture over the chicken. Top each breast with a lemon slice and sprinkle with parsley. Bake in oven for 30 minutes and cook till juices run clear and chicken is tender.
