List of Ingredients
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can 10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup of white wine
Large Box of Stove Top Stuffing
8 oz. sliced swiss cheese (optional)Recipe
Cook stove top stuffing as directed. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. In a small saucepan over medium heat cook cream of chicken soup ( Do Not Add Water) Add wine & cook till just heated. Pour the soup & wine mixture over the chicken breasts. If using swiss cheese, place a slice over each breast. Fluff the stuffing and put the stuffing on top, covering all the chicken. Bale in 350 degree oven for 1 hr. & 10 mins. Let stand 5 mins. before serving.
