Recipe Introduction
An easy soup that warms the tummy on a cold, chilly, damp day or evening! Place in pint or quart size freezer containers and freeze for a later date. This soup freezes well.
List of Ingredients
3 or 4 split chicken breasts or the leftover carcas & meat from a whole cooked chicken
1 large onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 cups of sliced carrots or 2 cups of peas & carrots
(feel free to add any additional veggies you like)
Water, enough to cover ingredients
3 chicken flavored bouillon cubesRecipe
Place the chicken pieces in your crock pot. Next add all your veggies. Add enough water to cover all your ingredients. Next add the chicken bouillon cubes. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours. Serve with a few oysterette crackers if you wish. Enjoy!
