This recipe was given to me by my Amish friend Katie. Great as a side with Turkey, Chicken or ham!


List of Ingredients




3 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of corn syrup
1 Tablespoon of orange juice or vinegar
5 or 6 sweet potatoes, boiled peeled and sliced

Recipe



Mix butter, sugar, corn syrup and orange juice together in a large frying pan. Bring to boil, then add potatoes being careful not to crowd. Cook slowly, basting often, turning once, so evenly coated. Enjoy!
