List of Ingredients
2 lbs. carrots, sliced
1/4 lb. butter softened
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs, beatenRecipe
Cook, drain and mash carrots
Add all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in 1 1/2 quart ungreased casserole. then place in pan of water. Keep at least an inch of water in apn at all times. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
