    Katie would make this recipe using fresh corn from the cob right from her garden. Since I don't have sweet corn growing in my garden I used frozen corn and followed her basic recipe. Was pretty good, if I must say so myself!

    List of Ingredients




    2 (10 oz) pkgs. of frozen corn niblets, thawed
    1 cup of half and half (May use milk)
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    2 Tablespoons of butter
    1 cup of whole milk
    2 Tablespoons of flour

    Recipe



    Combine the corn, half and half , sugar and butter in saucepan. heat over medium heat. Whisk together the milk and flour and stir into the corn mixture. Continue cooking until tickened. Remove from heat. Place in serving bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
