Recipe Introduction
I like to serve these with sour cream or home made applesauce on the side. A nice side to accompany any meal.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
dash salt and pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 cup grated celery
canola oil for fryingRecipe
In a mixing bowl, add together the flour, baking powder, salt & pepper. In a seperate bowl beat together the egg, milk, and all the grated veggies. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Heat enough oil in pan for frying. Pour the batter by tablespoons into the pan. Frying a few at a time. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve warm
