    Chilled Beer Dip

    List of Ingredients

    2 8oz. pkgs.softened cream cheese
    1 c. beer (room temperature)
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing or dip mix
    2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    Mix cream cheese and beer until lumps are gone. Stir in dry dressing mix and shredded cheese until well mixed. Chill, covered overnight in refrigerator.

    Serve with Pretzels or crackers

    VARIATION (Southwestern spicy):
    Use dry Fiesta Ranch Hidden Valley Dressing in place of regular. Use shredded chipotle cheese in place of sharp cheddar. Stir in 2 T. cajun hot sauce when mixing together.
