1 tube large or grand buttermilk biscuits
1 beaten egg
2 T. waterRecipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together egg and water. Roll out 2 biscuits together. Gently place to fit over an 8oz. oven-safe glass custard cup that has been sprayed well with cooking spray. Brush with egg wash. Bake 8 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove biscuit bowls from cups. Eight biscuits will make 4 bowls.
Great to serve beef stew or chili in.
