    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 10oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 1/4 c. oil

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour into the well. Stir enough to mix and dampen (do not overbeat).

    Pour into 2 greased and floured standard size loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour.

    Note: I use quart size freezer bags to freeze my strawberries in (which I slice before freezing) and I use 1 bag for this recipe. Be sure to drain strawberries fairly well or the dough will be too thin.
