    Fiber One Crunchy Fudge Cookies

    1 box (1lb. 2.3oz) fudge brownie mix
    2 c. Orininal Fiber One cereal
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg
    1 T. vegetable oil
    2 t. vanilla
    1/8 t. ground cinnamon
    2 T. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all ingredients with spoon. Drop by rounded tablespoonsfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until set. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely - about 30 minutes. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
