    List of Ingredients




    2 large tubs spreadable cream cheese
    2 small tubs sugar free whipped topping
    2 20oz. cans crushed pineapple (packed in it's own juice)
    1 lb. fresh strawberries (or any fruit), chopped up fine
    1 small package chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sugar free coconut (can be bought at specialty stores)
    1 small package sugar free strawberry Jello (can also be any flavor you desire)

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese, fruit, pecans and coconut together until mixed completely. Then add in the whipped topping, folding it into the mixture. When all is folded in, add the package of Jello. Mix well and refrigerate.

    This makes a large bowl for a big family or as a take to a meal carry-in. I fixed this for church and it went over very well. The good thing is that it is all sugar free, but tastes delicious.
