    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    2 T. margarine or butter
    6 oz. spaghetti noodles
    1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese, small curd

    Meat & Sauce Filling:
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    8 oz. italian spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions. Drain. Combine with margarine, 1/2 c. grated mozzarella chees and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Press into a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese into spaghetti crust and set aside.

    Cook ground beef and drain excess grease. Combine tomato paste and italian sauce. cover the cottage cheese and edges of noodle crust with meat and sauce filling. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 - 10 minutes more or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice like a pie. Serves 4.
